• 30-day returns and eligible exchanges from the date of delivery.

• For standard returns, lighting products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.

• Returns are sent by post using a downloadable, printable label.

• We cover return postage for damaged, faulty or incorrect items; customers cover postage for change-of-mind returns.

• No restocking fee.

• Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
